I have been attending regular weekly strength and conditioning PT sessions with Yates PT. My goal was to combine these sessions to maximise my strength and cardio as I train 20 hours a week in MMA. Since joining Yates PT last year I have achieved my goal and much more.
What I enjoy the most is seeing the physical changes in my conformation and feeling stronger when I am out competing. I feel that Luke takes time in planning my PT sessions prior to me attending and this is done with great attention to detail. Great coach and very knowledgeable.
